Kevin has over 30 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of a wide range of municipal and private infrastructure projects. His expertise extends to drinking water, wastewater, surface water, stormwater, reclaimed water, and transportation and facility-related projects. He has led capital planning and delivery for tribal, state, and local governments, and is keenly familiar with grant and regulatory requirements to successfully complete projects within defined scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys extended backpacking trips and spending time traveling around the Pacific Northwest. He also enjoys attending a Seattle Kraken game or more each season.
